Your sheets given me some ideas though Tim - we use a similar kind of sheet for sessions to help Trainers work out their structure. Your sheet has got me thinking though that it would be good to develop something (probably a bit simpler - more bullet pointy) but something that is completed prior to a session and with a further sheet used after sessions. The sheets could be compared then.

What I mean is that it would be very useful to compare what you achieved during sessions against what you were aiming for - this could probably be developed for meetings and similar group activities too, to help groups identify how effectively they are using their time etc.

Probably that makes little sense given my state of mind at the mo! But I&#039;ll try and remember to come back to it later in the year.</description>
