remember when you formulate your post title it also forms the url structure so this should be factored in depending on where you want to get search profile. also make sure you link keywords in posts to other pages related to those keywords as this will act as a growing internal sitemap, look at getting some plugins especially the seo plugin so you can add unique titles and descriptions and headings.

for number 1 - the title used for the blog post is important for search results - for example if its a fun day in Chelmsford organised by 'Funky Youth Club' then something like "Funky Youth Club Fun Day in Chelmsford" will get much better search results than just "Fun Day this Saturday"

for number 3 - I think its also important to try and use blogging as a platform for getting across the value of the activities - give reflections on benefits, use feedback from young people (possibly without using names and never revealing personal info) - good for reflection and starting debate but also good for helping to build the case for the value of positive activities with young people which should be more than just fun activities (though that is important too!)

oh and maybe as a PS - don't worry if you don't get comments it doesn't mean people aren't reading - quite likely you'll find it provokes real life conversations when you next meet up with people who have read but didn't comment for whatever reason
